Fields
1. Electronics (Electornics Part)
Description: The specific electronic component being inspected. This could include components such as the truck’s radio, GPS, dashboard electronics, sensors, etc.
Purpose: To record the electronic part that is under review during the inspection.
2. Mark
Description: A checkbox used to indicate whether the component has been inspected and is functioning properly.
Purpose: This checkbox is checked when the electronic component has been successfully inspected and found to be in good condition.
Usage
Adding Electronic Components to the Checklist
Access the Parent Document: Go to the parent document that includes the Truck Electronics (such as a vehicle maintenance or inspection log).
Add a Row: In the Truck Electronics table, add a new row to document an electronic component.
Enter Component Information:
Electronics Part: Input the name or description of the electronic component you are inspecting.
Mark: Check the box after inspecting the component and confirming that it is functioning correctly.
Regular Maintenance Inspections
The Truck Electronics DocType is used during routine vehicle maintenance or inspections to ensure that all critical electronic systems are reviewed.
